MbPA definition

MbPA means Board of Mumbai Port Authority, a body corporate under the Major Port AUTHORITY Act, 2021, as amended by the Major Port Authorities Act 2021 issued by the Government of India, acting through its Chairman, Dy. Chairman or Deputy Conservator or any other Officers so nominated by the Board.
