MB Promissory Note definition

MB Promissory Note means the Promissory Note, dated as of September 30, 2011 (as amended or otherwise modified), made by BEI Beach LLC in favor of Bxxxxxx Enterprises, Inc. in the initial principal amount of $17,500,000.
