Maximum Storage means the upper limit of storage capacity expected;
Maximum Storage has the meaning given to such term in Section 6(g).
Maximum Storage means the amount of water which may be stored behind a dam with the lake level at the top of the dam embankment.

  • Gas Retailer must comply with SaskEnergy’s operational capacity requirements, and agrees to fill and maintain Gas Retailer’s Storage Account to within the Tolerance Zone, or that percentage quantity between the Required Storage Balance and Maximum Storage Balance for each month.

  • Maximum Special Tax means the maximum Special Tax, determined in accordance with Section C below, that can be levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.
