Examples of Maximum Revolver Facility Amount in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 2.1.1, in no event shall any Borrower be entitled to receive a Revolver Loan if at the time of the proposed funding of such Revolver Loan (and after giving effect thereto and all pending requests for Loans), the Total Revolver Exposure exceeds (or would exceed) the Maximum Revolver Facility Amount.

  • If at any time, (i) the Total Revolver Exposure exceeds the Maximum Revolver Facility Amount, (ii) the Total US Facility Exposure exceeds the Maximum US Facility Amount or (iii) the Total Multicurrency Facility Exposure exceeds the Maximum Multicurrency Facility Amount, in each case the applicable excess amount shall be payable on demand by Agent.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, each reduction in the Maximum Revolver Facility Amount may not exceed Excess Availability.

  • If at any time the Total Revolver Exposure exceeds the lesser of (a) the Maximum Revolver Facility Amount and (b) the Revolver Commitments, the excess amount shall be payable by the Borrowers on demand by the Agent.

  • Borrower shall have the right from time to time to permanently reduce the Maximum Revolver Facility Amount, provided that (i) notice of such reduction is given not less than two Business Days prior to such reduction, (ii) the resulting Maximum Revolver Facility Amount is not less than the Revolver Facility Usage, and (iii) each partial reduction shall be in an amount at least equal to $1,000,000 and in multiples of $500,000 in excess thereof.
