Maximum Rated Heat Input definition

Maximum Rated Heat Input means the maximum design capacity for the amount of fuel a combustion source is able to burn in a given period based on the manufacturer’s specifications. This term is expressed in MMBTU/hr, based on the higher heating value of the fuel.
Maximum Rated Heat Input means the maximum amount of fuel a combustion source is able to combust in a given period as stated by the manufacturer of the combustion source. This term is expressed in BTUs per hour, based on the higher heating value of the fuel.

  • Maximum Rate Cap Any of the Class A-1 Maximum Rate Cap, the Class A-2 Maximum Rate Cap or the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap.

  • Maximum Run Time means the maximum number of hours a generating unit can run over the course of an Operating Day, as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Highest Lawful Rate means the maximum lawful interest rate, if any, that at any time or from time to time may be contracted for, charged, or received under the laws applicable to any Lender which are presently in effect or, to the extent allowed by law, under such applicable laws which may hereafter be in effect and which allow a higher maximum nonusurious interest rate than applicable laws now allow.
