Maximum Processing Time definition

Maximum Processing Time means:
Maximum Processing Time means defined time acknowledgement of an Incident and provision of a solution or a workaround to Customer.
Maximum Processing Time means that Asis shall provide a solution or a workaround within the specified time frame. The parties may, on a case-by-case basis, agree in writing to a reasonable extension of the above Service Level response times. Asis shall give the Customer regular updates of the nature and status of its efforts to correct any reported fault or issue.

  • If an Incident is categorized with another priority than “very high”, the Initial Response Time and the Maximum Processing Time set out in the table below is measured in business hours that fall in Partner's regular office hours starting with receipt of an Incident.

  • In case the Incident Root Cause Analysis indicates a problem in the SAP source code, Partner must forward an Incident to SAP’s Support Level 3 support within the Maximum Processing Time set out in the table below.

  • Maximum Program Amount means Common Shares with an aggregate Sales Price of the lesser of (a) the number or dollar amount of Common Shares registered under the effective Registration Statement (defined below) pursuant to which the offering is being made, (b) the number of authorized but unissued Common Shares (less Common Shares issuable upon exercise, conversion or exchange of any outstanding securities of the Company or otherwise reserved from the Company’s authorized capital stock), (c) the number or dollar amount of Common Shares permitted to be sold under Form S-3 (including General Instruction I.B.6 thereof, if applicable), or (d) the number or dollar amount of Common Shares for which the Company has filed a Prospectus (defined below).

  • Maximum Daily Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in an Operating Day under normal operating conditions.

  • Maximum Run Time means the maximum number of hours a generating unit can run over the course of an Operating Day, as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Maximum Weekly Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in one week, defined as the 168 hour period starting Monday 0001 hour, under normal operating conditions. Member:

  • Maximum Offering means, with respect to some or all participants in the Non-423(b) Plan Component, a maximum number or value of shares of the Common Stock made available for purchase in a specified period (e.g., a 12-month period) in specified countries, locations or to Employees of specified Designated Subsidiaries. Such maximum shall be determined by the Board (or a committee authorized by the Board) in such a manner as to avoid securities filings, to achieve certain tax results or to meet other Company objectives.

  • Maximum Price means an amount (excluding related brokerage, commission, applicable goods and services tax, stamp duties, clearance fees and other related expenses) which may be paid for an ordinary share purchased or acquired by us pursuant to the mandate contained in paragraph (a) above, not exceeding, in the case of a market purchase of an ordinary share, the highest independent bid or the last independent transaction price, whichever is higher, of our ordinary shares quoted or reported on the NASDAQ Global Select Market or the securities exchange operated by JSE Limited (the “JSE”), as the case may be, or shall not exceed any volume weighted average price, or other price determined under any pricing mechanism, in compliance with the requirements under Rule 10b-18 under the Exchange Act, at the time the purchase is effected; and
