Maximum Interest Share Amount means the Holder Pro Rata Amount of the quotient determined by dividing (A) the product of (x) 15% and (y) the sum of the Trading Dollar Volume of the ADRs for the twenty (20) Trading Days ending on the Trading Day immediately preceding the applicable Interest Date by (B) the applicable Interest Conversion Price.
