Maximum Duration means 90 days from date of departure from Sri Lanka limited for each and every trip

Maximum Duration means the maximum term of a Payment Plan for an amount equal to the Minor Amount or less as set out in the Service Fees and Payment Plan Parameters Annexure or as otherwise notified by DentiCare to the Provider from time to time in accordance with clause 8.5. ‘Maximum Monthly Amount’ means the maximum monthly amount of a DentiCare Connect or DentiCare Plus Payment Plan as set out in the Service Fees and Payment Plan Parameters Annexure or as otherwise notified by DentiCare to the Provider from time to time in accordance with clause 7.8.

Maximum Duration means the date and time that we stipulate by which a FX CFD must be closed. In the case of Intraday Position, this will be end of Trading Hours on the day the FX CFD has been opened. In the case of Multi-day Position, this will be 12 months.
