Maximum Construction Allowance definition

Maximum Construction Allowance means an amount equal to the difference computed by subtracting the Initial Advance from $46,500,000, as such amount may be increased from time to time by any Increased Funding Commitment made by BNPPLC as provided in subparagraph 7(B)(6).
Maximum Construction Allowance has the meaning indicated in the Construction Agreement.

More Definitions of Maximum Construction Allowance

Maximum Construction Allowance means an amount equal to $85,000,000, less the Initial Funding Advance under and as defined in this Agreement; provided, however, if on the day prior to the first anniversary of the Effective Date the First Year Commitment exceeds the Funded Construction Allowance, then the Maximum Construction Allowance will be reduced automatically and without further notice by an amount equal to such excess.
