Maturity Assessment definition

Maturity Assessment. We measure the organization's current AI maturity level using a structured AI maturity model. Maturity Assessment means an assessment on the maturity of the Customer’s processes to understand how they work, who is involved in undertaking them, who is accountable / responsible and what maturity level they are assessed at (usually on a scale of 1 – 5 or as deemed appropriate by the Supplier). The maturity assessment of the processes will be a structured set of questions / workshops / interviews to understand, for example, the Customer’s position in relation to standardised templates, whether processes are known, understood and being followed or otherwise utilised and whether there are regular meetings to review changes to processes etc.
