The Contractor must continue to demonstrate their continuous improvement via annual continuous improvement checks with the matrix Standard assessor.
This includes the delivery of assessment and advisory work to support Customers to achieve and benefit from accreditation to the matrix Standard.
If the Main Provider notifies the Subcontractor that: one of the main objectives of the Programmes is to deliver information and advice to Learners; or the delivery of information and advice to Learners is embedded as part of the delivery of the Programmes, the Subcontractor will have or attain the matrix Standard within six months of the Commencement Date.
