Agreement Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
industrial dispute means any dispute or difference between employers and employers, or between employers and workmen, or between workmen and workmen, which is connected with the employment or non-employment or the terms of employment or with the conditions of labour, of any person;
Disputes means any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of, connected with or relating to this Agreement or any other Loan Document, between or among parties hereto and to the other Loan Documents.
Labor dispute as used here, means a strike, lockout, or other labor dispute between the Employer and its Employees, during which time the Employee is not paid by the Employer.
Formal Dispute means a written objection by an Interested Party to any of the following:
Legal Dispute means any action, suit or proceeding between or among the Parties arising in connection with any disagreement, dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any related document.
Technical Dispute has the meaning specified in Section 12.2;
Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.
Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.
Compulsory arbitration means the procedure whereby parties involved in a labor dispute

Positive Behavioral Theory and Practice means a proactive approach to behavior and behavior interventions that:
Arbitration Tribunal means an organ composed of an odd number of persons known as arbitrators, who decide on the solution of a conflict in which the parties have expressly waived recourse to the ordinary civil courts
Neutral ’ means an individual who, with respect to an issue in controversy, functions specifically to aid the parties in resolving the controversy;
Relevant Dispute means any difference between the parties arising out of or in connection with this contract; "Relevant Force Majeure Event" has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 17.1;
CPR Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3(a).
Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.
Panel means the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers;
Grievances means, and be limited to, disputes or differences between the Company and the Union, or employees so represented, with respect to the interpretation or application of any specific provision of this Agreement. Both parties agree to use their best efforts, including informal meetings involving management, supervision, the Shop Xxxxxxx, and the grievant, to resolve matters without resorting to the grievance procedure except that any such meetings shall not extend the time limits set forth in this Article. In the event such informal methods do not resolve the grievance, all grievances shall be reduced to writing and processed in accordance with the following steps:
Disagreement means a difference of opinion between personnel of a reporting issuer responsible for finalizing the reporting issuer’s financial statements and the personnel of a predecessor auditor responsible for authorizing the issuance of audit reports on the reporting issuer’s financial statements or authorizing the communication of the results of the auditor’s review of the reporting issuer’s interim financial report, if the difference of opinion
Arbitrable Dispute means any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
Arbitration Board shall include a single arbitrator selected by the Employer and the Union.
A grievance means a dispute or disagreement as to the interpretation or application of any term or terms of any contract required under Minnesota Statutes § 179A.21 Subd. 1.
Exclusive bargaining representative means any employee
Conciliation means the attempted resolution of issues raised by a complaint, or by the investigation of such complaint, through informal negotiations involving the aggrieved person, the respondent, and the Secretary.
Grievance means a complaint by an employee concerning the interpretation or application of the provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding or of rules and regulations governing personnel practices or working conditions, which complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily in an informal manner between an employee and his/her immediate supervisor.
