Materially Change definition

Materially Change or “Materially Changed” shall mean any alteration, modification or replacement made to the existing Facilities that increases the load on the pole or could adversely affect the distribution system.

  • Except as required by applicable federal, state, provincial or local law and/or respective regulations as established by the FDA and/or other regulatory authority (collectively, “Applicable Law(s)”), or cGMP, AAIPharma shall not Materially Change the Manufacturing process of a Product or change the facility where a Product is Manufactured that requires a change to a Marketing Authorization without the prior written consent of Company, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
