Material Storage Location definition

Material Storage Location means any warehouse or other leased storage or distribution facility in which $10,000,000 or more of Inventory is or may be located from time to time.
Material Storage Location means (a) the warehouse leased by the Lead Borrower in Monroe, New Jersey, or Reno, Nevada or (b) any replacement for such facilities or any other warehouse or other storage space leased by any Loan Party for the storage of similar amounts of Inventory as are or are anticipated to be stored at any of the locations described in clause (a) of this definition as of the Closing Date.
Material Storage Location means (a) the warehouse leased by the Lead Borrower in Monroe, New Jersey, or Reno, Nevada, (b) the warehouse leased by Sterling Publishing Co., Inc., at 00 Xxx Xxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxx or 30 Saw Mill Pond Road, Edison, New Jersey, or (c) any replacement for such facilities or any other warehouse or other storage space leased by any Loan Party for the storage of similar amounts of Inventory as are or are anticipated to be stored at any of the locations described in clauses (a) and (b) of this definition as of the Closing Date.

  • The description of each Material Storage Location must, at a minimum, include a narrative of the individual location, an estimated average annual quantity of materials stored at the location; a short description of how/where the Permittee typically uses the material(s) in its jurisdiction; and a summary description of any structural or non-structural controls used by the Permittee to prevent pollutants at material storage locations from discharging to the MS4 and to waters of the U.S.

  • Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Business Area means an adjacent area that is zoned by a state, county, township, or municipal zoning authority for industrial or commercial purposes, customarily referred to as "b" or business, "c" or commercial, "i" or industrial, "m" or manufacturing, and "s" or service, and all other similar classifications and that is within a city, village, or charter township or is within 1 mile of the corporate limits of a city, village, or charter township or is beyond 1 mile of the corporate limits of a city, village, or charter township and contains 1 or more permanent structures devoted to the industrial or commercial purposes described in this subdivision and that extends along the highway a distance of 800 feet beyond each edge of the activity. Each side of the highway is considered separately in applying this definition except that where it is not topographically feasible for a sign or sign structure to be erected or maintained on the same side of the highway as the permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes, a business area may be established on the opposite side of a primary highway in an area zoned commercial or industrial or in an unzoned area with the approval of the state highway commission. A permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes does not result in the establishment of a business area on both sides of the highway. All measurements shall be from the outer edge of the regularly used building, parking lot, or storage or processing area of the commercial or industrial activity and not from the property lines of the activities and shall be along or parallel to the edge or pavement of the highway. Commercial or industrial purposes are those activities generally restricted to commercial or industrial zones in jurisdictions that have zoning. In addition, the following activities are not commercial or industrial:

  • Underground storage means storage of gas in a subsurface stratum or formation of the earth.

  • Adult foster care facility means an adult foster care facility licensed under the adult foster care facility licensing act, 1979 PA 218, MCL 400.701 to 400.737.

  • Material Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(a).

  • food business operator means the natural or legal persons responsible for ensuring that the requirements of food law are met within the food business under their control;

  • Source material milling means any activity that results in the production of byproduct material as defined by definition (2) of byproduct material.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • Unmanned Aerial Vehicle ("UAV") (9) means any aircraft capable of initiating flight and sustaining controlled flight and navigation without any human presence on board.
