Material Real Property Leases definition

Material Real Property Leases has the meaning specified in Section 5.18.

Material Real Property Leases is defined in Section 3.1.9(b).

Material Real Property Leases means each Real Property Lease (i) for a distribution center, (ii) for the top 25 stores based on 2016 net revenue or (iii) requiring an annual payment in excess of $2,500,000.
