Material Project Contractor Collateral Agreement definition

Material Project Contractor Collateral Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Authority, a Material Contract Party and Project Co in the form set out in Schedule 11 [Material Project Contractor Collateral Agreement], as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
Material Project Contractor Collateral Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between BC Hydro, a Material Contract Party and Project Co in the form set out in Schedule 24 [Material Project Contractor Collateral Agreement], as amended or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
