Material Levy Fee. – means the fees payable by the Member to Comply Direct in respect of the costs associated with the recycling and treatment of B2C and obtaining of Evidence Notes required to satisfy the obligations of the Scheme together with Comply Direct's margin on these costs, as such fees are calculated from time to time in accordance with the Agreement;
