Material Effect definition

Material Effect means, in respect of a Party, an effect causing that Party to effect any works or to alter the manner of operation of the Company’s Equipment or the Customer’s Installation (as the case may be), which in either case involves that Party in expenditure of more than £1,000;
Material Effect means an effect on a financial product that a reasonable person would expect to influence someone’s decision to acquire or dispose of the financial product.
Material Effect means a change that is likely to cause significant loss in the value of a BRF for most participants in a plan (for example, at least 60%) or offers a choice that requires participant action.

Material Effect means a material adverse effect in the business, operations, properties, assets, liabilities, prospects or condition (financial or otherwise) of Citadel, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Acquisition, as the context requires.
