Match Capital Stock definition

Match Capital Stock means, collectively, Match Common Stock, Match Class B Common Stock, and Match Class C Common Stock.
Match Capital Stock has the meaning set forth in the Mater Transaction Agreement.

  • Each Non-IAC Match Shareholder may specify in a request made in accordance with the provisions of this Section 3.02 (herein called an “Election”) (i) the number of shares of Match Capital Stock owned by such holder with respect to which such holder desires to make a Cash/Stock Election and (ii) the number of shares of Match Capital Stock owned by such holder with respect to which such holder desires to make an All-Stock Election.

  • Any Election may be changed or revoked with respect to all or a portion of the shares of Match Capital Stock subject thereto by the applicable Non-IAC Match Shareholder who submitted the applicable Form of Election by written notice received by the Agent prior to the Election Deadline.

  • Company Capital Stock means the Company Common Stock and the Company Preferred Stock.
