Master Trustee definition

Master Trustee means The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, Houston, Texas, as master trustee under the Master Trust Indenture, and any successor trustee pursuant to the Master Trust Indenture at the time serving as Master Trustee thereunder.
Master Trustee means The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (successor to The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A.), and its successor or successors and any other corporation or association which at any time may be substituted in its place pursuant to and at the time serving as trustee under the Master Indenture.
Master Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association, and any successor Master Trustee, as determined or designated under or pursuant to the Master Indenture.

  • Interest on this bond shall be payable by check or draft mailed to the Registered Owner at such owner’s address appearing on the registration books of the Trust kept for that purpose at the principal corporate trust office of the Master Trustee, determined as of the applicable record date or in such other manner as is permitted by the rules of any national securities depository in which this bond is on deposit.
