MASTER RESIDUAL INTEREST. The interest in the Master REMIC represented by amounts, if any, remaining in the Collection Account following termination of the Trust Fund after payments to the Class A Certificateholders (other than the Class A-R Certificateholders), the Class M Certificateholders, the Class B Certificateholders and the Class A-R Certificates with respect to their interests in the Subsidiary Residual Interest (or the holders of any separate certificates representing the Subsidiary Residual Interest).
MASTER RESIDUAL INTEREST. The interest in the Master REMIC represented by the right to payments in respect of the Outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-R Certificates and the Class A-R Interest Accrual Amount and amounts, if any, remaining in the Collection Account following termination of the Trust Fund after payments to the Class A Certificateholders (other than the Class A-R Certificateholder), the Class M Certificateholders, the Class B Certificateholders and the Class A-R Certificateholders with respect to their interests in the Subsidiary Residual Interest (or the holders of any separate certificates representing the Subsidiary Residual Interest).
MASTER RESIDUAL INTEREST. The interest in the Master REMIC represented by (i) amounts, if any, remaining in the Collection Account following termination of the Trust Fund after payments to the Class A Certificateholders (other than the Class A-R Certificateholders), the Class M Certificateholders, the Class B Certificateholders the holders of the Excess Amount Interest and the holders of the Class A-R Certificates with respect to their interests in the Subsidiary Residual Interest (or the holders of any separate certificates representing the Subsidiary Residual Interest) and (ii) amounts paid in respect of principal accrued interest on the Class A-R Certificates.

  • Upper-Tier Residual Interest The sole class of “residual interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(2), in the Upper-Tier REMIC and evidenced by the Class R Certificates.

  • Lower-Tier Residual Interest The sole class of “residual interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(2), in the Lower-Tier REMIC and evidenced by the Class R Certificates.

  • Residual Interest The sole class of "residual interests" in a REMIC within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(2) of the Code.

  • Class R-1 Residual Interest The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC I which has been designated as the single class of “residual interest” in REMIC I pursuant to Section 2.06.

  • Class R Residual Interests The Class R-1 and Class R-2 Residual Interests (which shall be transferable only as a unit evidenced by the Class R Certificates, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Section 5.01).

  • Class R-2 Residual Interest The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC II which has been designated as the single class of “residual interest” in REMIC II pursuant to Section 2.11. The Class R-2 Residual Interest, together with the REMIC II Regular Interests, shall be deemed to be a separate series of beneficial interests in the assets of the Trust consisting of the REMIC II Assets pursuant to Section 3806(b)(2) of the Statutory Trust Statute.

  • Residual Interests As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Residual Interest Certificate means any of the Class R-I Certificates, the Class R-II Certificates, the Class R-III Certificates or, if issued in accordance with Section 2.06, the Class R-LR Certificates.

  • Actual Interest Amount is defined in Section 3.1(b)(vii) of this Agreement.

  • Supplemental Interest Account As defined in Section 4.07 hereof.

  • Master REMIC As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Supplemental Interest Trust The corpus of a trust created pursuant to Section 5.07 of this Agreement and designated as the “Supplemental Interest Trust,” consisting of the Swap Agreement, the Swap Account, the Interest Rate Cap Agreement, the Interest Rate Cap Account, the right to receive the Class X Distributable Amount as provided in Section 5.02(f)(vi), the Class LT4-I interest in REMIC 4 and the right to receive Class I Shortfalls.

  • the Macfarlane (Special Payments) (No. 2) Trust means the trust of that name, established on 3rd May 1991 partly out of funds provided by the Secretary of State, for the benefit of certain persons suffering from haemophilia and other beneficiaries;

  • the Macfarlane (Special Payments) Trust means the trust of that name, established on 29th January 1990 partly out of funds provided by the Secretary of State, for the benefit of certain persons suffering from haemophilia;

  • Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as supplemental interest trust trustee, and any successor thereto.

  • Class R-4 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 4.

  • Class R-3 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 3.

  • Class C Certificateholder means the person in whose name a Class C Certificate is registered on the Certificate Register.

  • Capital Interest means the proportion that a Member's positive Capital Account bears to the aggregate positive Capital Accounts of all Members whose Capital Accounts have positive balances as may be adjusted from time to time.

  • L/C Interest shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.6 hereof.

  • Class A-PO Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-PO Certificate.

  • Class C Additional Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).

  • Class R-I Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC I.

  • Class R-2 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 2.

  • Class A-R Certificateholder The registered holder of the Class A-R Certificate.

  • Annual Interest Rate in accordance with the rate applicable to the equal instalment financing plan in effect on the conversion date, up to a maximum of 19.90%.
