Master Lease Documents definition

Master Lease Documents means the Master Lease, the Master Lease ALR, and the Master Lease Subordination Agreement.

Master Lease Documents shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.06(m).

Master Lease Documents means the Master Lease and all other guaranties and other agreements, documents and instruments delivered to Property Owners or Lender by or on behalf of Borrower or any Affiliate of Borrower pursuant to or in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Master Lease.

Examples of Master Lease Documents in a sentence

• All rights and remedies of the Secured Party in this Agreement and the other Master Lease Documents or any of the other Loan Documents will be cumulative, and none of these rights or remedies will be exclusive of any other right or remedy allowed at law or in equity or in any other Master Lease Documents or any of the other Loan Documents, and all of these rights and remedies may be exercised and enforced concurrently.

• The Secured Party may delay in exercising or omit to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement, any other Master Lease Documents or any of the other Loan Documents or by law or equity provided without waiving that or any past, present or future right or remedy.

• No waiver by the Secured Party of any Event of Default or default under this Agreement or any of the other Master Lease Documents or any of the other Loan Documents will operate as a waiver of any other Event of Default or default or of the same Event of Default or default on a future occasion.

• Should an Event of Default under the Loan Documents or Master Lease Documents be subsequently cured, the Master Xxxxxx’s rights to collect Rents and to exercise its rights, powers and authority under the Leases shall be reinstated.

• Until an Event of Default (as defined below) occurs, the Master Tenant may have possession of the Collateral and use it in any lawful manner not inconsistent with the Loan Documents, the Master Lease Documents, and any policy of insurance thereon.

More Definitions of Master Lease Documents

Master Lease Documents means and refer to, collectively, the Master Lease and those other documents enumerated in Exhibit "A" to the Consent, Assignment and Amendment Agreement, namely, the Agreement of Acquisition and the Lease by and among Omega and DCA, the Security Agreement made by DCA in favor of Omega, the Letter of Credit Agreement and the Security Agreement made by DLC in favor of Omega.

Master Lease Documents means a Master Lease evidencing the terms of the Master Lease Facility and any agreements, documents and instruments executed in connection therewith, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Master Lease Documents means the Master Lease Agreement (including any supplements thereto), the Master Asset Management Agreement and the Master Operations and Maintenance Agreement.

Master Lease Documents means the Master Leases, all other “Lease Documents” (as defined in the Master Leases), and any other related agreements, documents, and instruments, each as amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, which shall include each of the “Master Lease Documents” identified in the Orders.

Master Lease Documents means the Master Lease and the related documents identified on Exhibit A-5 to the Sublease.

Master Lease Documents means the Master Lease, the Guaranty (as defined therein), if any, the Letter of Credit Agreement (as defined therein) and any other agreement to be delivered at Closing in connection therewith.

Master Lease Documents means the Transaction Documents as defined in the Master Lease. Maturity Date: means April 30, 2018, as extended pursuant to Section 2.7.
