Master Fee Letter definition

Master Fee Letter means the confidential letter agreement among the SPV, Valvoline LLC and the Managing Agents for the Investor Groups.
Master Fee Letter means that certain Master DIP Fee Letter, dated as of the date hereof, among Administrative Agent, Buyers, Seller, Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., and acknowledged by Guarantor, as amended, restated and supplemented from time to time.

  • In accordance with the Amended and Restated Master Fee Letter, dated as of the date hereof, among the Sellers and the Financial Institutions (the “Fee Letter”), the Sellers shall have paid to each Financial Institution the Amendment Fee (as defined in the Fee Letter), the receipt of which shall have been confirmed in writing by the Agent.
