Master Definitions Agreement definition

Master Definitions Agreement means the master definitions agreement entered into on or about the Issue Date between all the parties to each of the Transaction Documents, as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions therein contained and including any agreement or other document expressed to be supplemental thereto.

Master Definitions Agreement means the master definitions agreement entered into between, among others, the Secretary of State, the Secured Creditors, IP OpCo, IP HoldCo and the Security Trustee on or about the date of this Agreement;

Master Definitions Agreement means this Agreement.

Master Definitions Agreement means the master definitions agreement entered into on 19 July 2017 between the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Other Creditors.

Master Definitions Agreement or "MDA" means this Agreement.
