Master Cooperative Agreement definition

Master Cooperative Agreement means this document that establishes and confirms the governance relationship among the Parties and the MESB.
Master Cooperative Agreement means any agreement between Authority and a third party which allocates responsibilities and liabilities for performance of Project- related work (including, unless otherwise specified, any modifications and amendments thereto).
