Master Contract means the CATS Master Contract between the Maryland Department of Budget and Management and TO Contractor dated December 19, 2005.
Master Meter means the meter controlled by the licensed distributor and used for settlement of the master bill with the master consumer;
Master Plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual contract plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual contract plans, provided the master plan has been approved.
Master Developer means a developer cooperating with a
Master Batch Record means the document, proposed by Lonza and approved by Customer, which defines the manufacturing methods, test methods and other procedures, directions and controls associated with the manufacture and testing of Product.
