Marz definition

Marz means a territorial administrative unit, created through the Constitution of the Recipient.
Marz means a local administrative unit, created through the Constitution of the Borrower;
Marz means an administrative subdivision or province of the Borrower, and the term “marzes” mean all of said administrative subdivisions.
