Maryland Technology Development Corporation definition

Maryland Technology Development Corporation means the entity that is established under [Article 83A, § 5–2A–02 of the Code] TITLE 10, SUBTITLE 4 OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ARTICLE.
