Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between a Utility and one or more Affiliates for the provision of Shared Services or For Profit Affiliate Services and shall provide for the following matters as appropriate in the circumstances:
Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.
Master Services Agreement means the master services agreement dated as of the date hereof, among the Service Providers, the Partnership, the Holding LP, the Holding Entities and others;
Corporate Services Agreement means the Corporate Services Agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Borrower and the Services Provider, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Technical Services Agreement means the Technical Services Agreement between Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC and Contractor, dated May 3, 2013 and any amendments thereto.
Transportation Service Agreement means the contract between KUB and the Customer whereby KUB agrees to provide transportation gas service to the Customer.
Professional Services Agreement means the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C and all written statements of work signed by Licensee and related thereto.
Administrative Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
Transitional Services Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 6.12.
Asset Management Agreement means, as the context requires, any agreement entered into between a Series and an Asset Manager pursuant to which such Asset Manager is appointed as manager of the relevant Series Assets, as amended from time to time.
Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. Project Management Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager providing for the Manager to manage and co‑ordinate the development and construction of the Resort and includes, if that agreement is terminated, any other agreement in like and similar terms made with the prior consent of the Minister;
Hotel Management Agreement means any hotel management agreement relating to the management and operation of the Real Property together with all supplements, amendments and modifications thereto.
Property Management Agreement means any Property Management Agreement between the Company and the Property Manager.
Transition Services Agreements means any agreements that receive the prior approval of the Commission between Respondents and an Acquirer to provide, at the option of the Acquirer, Transition Services (or training for an Acquirer to provide services for itself), necessary to transfer the Retail Fuel Assets to the Acquirer and to operate the Retail Fuel Outlet Businesses in a manner consistent with the purposes of this Order.
Assistance Agreement means a for- mal, written agreement between the CDFI Fund and an Awardee which specifies the terms and conditions of assistance under this part;
Customer Service Agreement shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement. “ Customer User” means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
Regulatory Services Agreement means the agreement between BSEF and the Regulatory Services Provider whereby the Regulatory Services Provider provides market surveillance and trade practice surveillance functions as well as other compliance related services to the SEF operated by BSEF.

Marketing Agreement means an agreement entered into, with the director, by producers, distributors, processors, or handlers pursuant to this act and binding only on those signing the agreement.
Banking Services Agreement means any agreement entered into by the Borrower or any Subsidiary in connection with Banking Services.
