Marsh Settlement definition

Marsh Settlement means any amount actually recovered by the Acquired Companies from Xxxxx & XxXxxxxx Companies, Inc. or its Affiliates in respect of the settlement agreement between Xxxxx & McLennan Companies, Inc., the Attorney General of the State of New York and the Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York.
