Markup definition

Markup means all costs a Contractor will incur beyond the hourly wage rate paid to a Consultant. This may include, but is not limited, to statutory requirements (e.g., FICA, FUTA, SUTA, Worker’s Compensation, etc.), overhead, recruiting costs, training, visa sponsorship, and profit. The Contractor’s Markup is set forth in Appendix D. “May” denotes the permissive in a contract clause or specification. Also see “Will.”
Markup means an amount charged by contractors or consultants beyond the actual cost of labor, equipment, or materials, for management, supervision, or administration of the corrective action activities performed.
