Marketing Transition Services Agreement means the Marketing Transition Services Agreement to be entered into at the time of the closing pursuant to the Purchase Agreement by and among Marketer, Anadarko Energy Services Company, Xxxx-McGeee Oil & Gas Onshore LP and Anadarko E&P Onshore LLC and Xxxxxxx Energy Corporation solely for purposes of defined provisions in the agreement, pursuant to which certain marketing transition services will be provided to Marketer.
