Marketing Facilities definition

Marketing Facilities means the infrastructure and equipment necessary to transport, compress, store or distribute Hydrocarbons beyond the Measurement Points, including all pipelines for Crude Oil, Condensates and Natural Gas, pumps, compressors, measuring equipment and additional Storage facilities necessary to transport the Hydrocarbons from the Measurement Point to the point of sale or to the entry to a delivery system.
Marketing Facilities means kiosks, galleries, desks and other physical facilities from which Shared Ownership Products which are part of the Licensed Shared Ownership Business are marketed to the public.
Marketing Facilities means the facilities offered by third party suppliers and that are connected to the Platform and that are used to display and promote Products and relevant prices, discounts and actions (e.g. dynamic pricing display device, screens).
