Marketing Collateral definition

Marketing Collateral means digital and printed brochures, catalogs, websites, social media content, displays, images, and other marketing material that are not specific to any Licensed Product.
Marketing Collateral means the materials solely and exclusively related to the Product as set forth in Schedule 1.35.
Marketing Collateral means the brochures, videos, testimonials, social media, customer facing product aids and other materials that Neuronetics makes available to Customer for Customer’s marketing of its use of the System.

More Definitions of Marketing Collateral

Marketing Collateral consists of all marketing materials related to DSP Technology and/or studies with HADSP. This will include use of trademarks, brochures, white papers, newsletters, etc. Marketing Collateral does not include any product-specific literature.
