Market Review definition

Market Review means as set out in Item 9.
Market Review means a review of Rent to Current Market Rent as set out in clause 4.5.
Market Review means an assessment of competition on telecommunications services to determine and define which telecommunications services shall be susceptible to ex-ante competition regulation. It also shall determine whether there are dominant players with Significant Market Power (SMP) in those markets, and whether regulatory remedies are required to make these markets less susceptible to anti-competitive conduct or practices.

More Definitions of Market Review

Market Review means a market review of the Rent in accordance with clause 4.4 or 4.5 (as appropriate).

The Method of Measurement shall remain fixed for the term of this Lease and any Further Term despite any subsequent editions or variations which may be issued.
Market Review means an adjustment to the Licence Fee that could reasonably be expected to be paid for the Premises if unoccupied and offered for occupation for the use set out in Item 9.
Market Review means a regulatory proceeding in which the Authority defines markets for Telecommunications Services that are susceptible to regulation.
