Market Research Purposes means social and/or opinion research involving the systematic gathering and interpretation of information about individuals or organisations using the statistical and analytical methods and techniques of the applied social sciences in order to gain insight or support decision making in respect of such individuals or organisations;

  • General 1.1 The End-User shall be entitled to permit the use of the Data in the manner described in this Schedule 2 to Annex 3 for Market Research Purposes provided it all times complies with the provisions of this Schedule 2 to Annex 3.

Related to Market Research Purposes

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Nuclear fuel cycle-related research and development activities means those activities which are specifically related to any process or system development aspect of any of the following: - conversion of nuclear material, - enrichment of nuclear material, - nuclear fuel fabrication, - reactors, - critical facilities, - reprocessing of nuclear fuel, - processing (not including repackaging or conditioning not involving the separation of elements, for storage or disposal) of intermediate or high-level waste containing plutonium, high enriched uranium or uranium-233, but do not include activities related to theoretical or basic scientific research or to research and development on industrial radioisotope applications, medical, hydrological and agricultural applications, health and environmental effects and improved maintenance.

  • Public research university means Rutgers, The State University

  • Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:
