Errors must be reported during the initial thirty (30) day period immediately following the date that a Market Partner or VIP Customer first joins MONAT.
As a VIP Customer you do not have any rights to participate in MONAT’s trading scheme; you are not a MONAT Market Partner; MONAT products are supplied to you strictly on a not for resale basis and you may not market or resell the products which you buy from MONAT; you may not market the MONAT business opportunity or attempt to recruit others; and you may not earn any commissions or bonuses under the MONAT compensation plan.

As a VIP Customer, you must “sign up with” a Sponsor (Market Partner) upon joining the VIP Customer Program.
If a sale is made to a VIP Customer or Retail Customer who subsequently submits a MONAT Market Partner Agreement within 30 days from the date of the sale or if an immediate household family member of the VIP Customer or Retail Customer submits a MONAT Market Partner Agreement within 30 days of the sale, such sale shall not constitute a Retail Sale.
In the event that any such Market Partner terminates their Market Partner Agreement, and the amounts of the bonuses and commissions attributable to the returned products have not yet been fully recovered by the Company, the remainder of the outstanding balance may be set off against any amounts owed to the terminated Market Partner.
These templates will identify the Market Partner as an Independent MONAT Market Partner.
All information provided by MONAT in any Market Partner Activity Reports, including but not limited to Personal Volume and Group Volume (or any part thereof) and downline sponsoring activity is believed to be accurate and reliable.
The written notice must include the Market Partner’s signature, printed name, address and Market Partner ID Number.
Because MONAT Market Partners do not have the data necessary to comply with the legal requirements for making income claims, a Market Partner, when presenting or discussing the MONAT opportunity or Compensation Plan to a prospective Market Partner, may not make income projections, income claims, or disclose his or her MONAT income (including the showing of their MONAT Payment Card records, Back office records, bank statements, or tax records).
