Market Buyer definition

Market Buyer means a Member that has met reasonable creditworthiness standards established by the Office of the Interconnection and that is otherwise able to make purchases in the PJM Interchange Energy Market.
Market Buyer means a Member that has met reasonable creditworthiness standards established by the Office of the Interconnection and/or PJMSettlement in Tariff, Attachment Q, and that is otherwise able to make purchases in the PJM Interchange Energy Market.
Market Buyer means a Member that has met reasonable creditworthiness standards established by the Office of the Interconnection and that is otherwise able to make purchases in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or PJM Capacity Credit.

Examples of Market Buyer in a sentence

  • Further delivery of such energy shall be the responsibility of the External Market Buyer.

  • Each Capacity Market Buyer in an Incremental Auction securing replacement capacity shall pay a Resource Substitution Charge equal to the Capacity Resource Clearing Price resulting from such auction multiplied by the megawatt quantity of Unforced Capacity purchased by such Market Buyer in such auction.

  • Each Market Buyer shall inform the Office of the Interconnection of the prices, if any, at which it desires not to include its load in the Day- ahead Energy Market rather than pay the Day-ahead Price.

  • Each Internal Market Buyer shall provide the Office of the Interconnection with details of any load management agreements with customers that allow the Office of the Interconnection to reduce load under specified circumstances.

  • Third Party Buyer means any Person other than (i) the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (ii) any employee benefit plan of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (iii) the Investors or (iv) any Affiliates of any of the foregoing.
