MARITAL UNION definition
MARITAL UNION means a legal marriage, a union recognised according to customary law, or a union recognised as a marriage under any religion or any other SA law, or a cohabitation of dependence of a PENSIONER and any other person that is deemed a MARITAL UNION by the TRUSTEES; provided that a MARITAL UNION may, at the discretion of the TRUSTEES, include a dissolve marriage where the other person is substantially dependent on the PENSIONER;
