Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate definition

Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate means the marginal cost of funds based lending rate of USFB as may be determined and published by USFB, which is subject to review by USFB periodically. The prevailing MCLR is displayed on the Website.
Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate or “MCLR” means the marginal cost of lending rate as determined and published by the Bank from time to time.
Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate means the lending rate of the Bank for different maturities, prevailing from time to time, which is subject to variation without prior notice to the Borrower or any other person.

  • In regards to the payments against the Monthly bill, if paid beyond the 30 (Thirty) days of its due date, a late Payment charge shall be payable by MSEDCL to the Solar Power Generator at the rate of 1.25% (percent) in excess of the SBI, 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) per annum / any replacement thereof by SBI.

  • Provided that the rate at which Late Payment Surcharge shall be payable shall not exceed the rate of seven (7) percent in excess of the SBI 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) per annum / any replacement thereof by SBI, on the amount of outstanding payment, calculated on a week or part thereof basis viz.

  • Upon resolution of the dispute, in case the Power Producer is subsequently found to have overcharged, then it shall return the overcharged amount with an interest of SBI 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) per annum plus 7% for the period it retained the additional amount.

  • For payment of Monthly Bill by UGVCL, if paid before Due Date of Payment, a Rebate shall be deducted by UGVCL at the rate of seven (7) percent in excess of the applicable SBI 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) per annum / any replacement thereof by SBI, on the amount paid before due date, calculated on a week or part thereof basis viz.

  • For dispute beyond the power conferred upon the MERC, such dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of Bombay High Court at Mumbai, Upon resolution of the dispute, if Solar Power Generator is subsequently found to have overcharged, then it shall return the overcharged amount with an interest of SBI 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) per annum plus 1.25% for the period it retained the additional amount.

  • For payment of Monthly xxxx by GUVNL, if paid after Due Date of Payment, a late Payment charge shall be payable by GUVNL to the Power Producer at the rate of seven (7) percent in excess of the SBI 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) per annum / any replacement thereof by SBI, on the amount of outstanding payment, calculated on a week or part thereof basis viz.

  • Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurodollar Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurodollar Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • LIBOR Rate Reserve Percentage means as of any day the maximum percentage in effect on such day, as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the reserve requirements (including supplemental, marginal and emergency reserve requirements) with respect to eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency Liabilities”).

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.

  • Eurodollar Reserve Percentage means, for any day during any Interest Period, the reserve percentage (expressed as a decimal, carried out to five decimal places) in effect on such day, whether or not applicable to any Lender, under regulations issued from time to time by the FRB for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) with respect to Eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency liabilities”). The Eurodollar Rate for each outstanding Eurodollar Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurodollar Reserve Percentage.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage means, for any day during any Interest Period, the reserve percentage (expressed as a decimal, carried out to five decimal places) in effect on such day, whether or not applicable to any Lender, under regulations issued from time to time by the FRB for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) with respect to Eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency liabilities”). The Eurocurrency Rate for each outstanding Eurocurrency Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage.

  • Blended Rate means, with respect to any Taxable Year, the sum of the effective rates of tax imposed on the aggregate net income of the Corporate Taxpayer in each state or local jurisdiction in which the Corporate Taxpayer files Tax Returns for such Taxable Year, with the maximum effective rate in any state or local jurisdiction being equal to the product of: (i) the apportionment factor on the income or franchise Tax Return filed by the Corporate Taxpayer in such jurisdiction for such Taxable Year, and (ii) the maximum applicable corporate tax rate in effect in such jurisdiction in such Taxable Year. As an illustration of the calculation of Blended Rate for a Taxable Year, if the Corporate Taxpayer solely files Tax Returns in State 1 and State 2 in a Taxable Year, the maximum applicable corporate tax rates in effect in such states in such Taxable Year are 6% and 5%, respectively and the apportionment factors for such states in such Taxable Year are 60% and 40%, respectively, then the Blended Rate for such Taxable Year is equal to 5.6% (i.e., 6% times 60% plus 5% times 40%).

  • Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Advance, for each Pricing Period, the interest rate margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period: Applicable Pricing Level Margin I 52.50 II 62.50 III 72.50 IV 82.50 V 92.50

  • Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate means, for any day, a per annum interest rate which is equal to the quotient of the following:

  • National Cost of Funds Index The National Monthly Median Cost of Funds Ratio to SAIF-Insured Institutions published by the Office of Thrift Supervision.

  • Eurodollar Rate (Reserve Adjusted) means, with respect to any Settlement Period and any portion of the Capital, a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) determined pursuant to the following formula: Eurodollar Rate = Eurodollar Rate (Reserve Adjusted) 1 - Eurodollar Reserve Percentage where:

  • Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Facility Agent pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of Clause 10.3 (Cost of funds).

  • Repo Rate on any day means the highest interest rate available to a Lender from investment in overnight repurchase agreements.

  • U.S. Base Rate means, for any day, the rate of interest per annum equal to the greater of (a) the interest rate per annum publicly announced from time to time by the Administrative Agent as its reference rate in effect on such day at its principal office in Toronto for determining interest rates applicable to commercial loans denominated in U.S. Dollars in Canada (each change in such reference rate being effective from and including the date such change is publicly announced as being effective) and (b) the Federal Funds Effective Rate in effect on such day plus 1/2 of 1%.

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the LIBO Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period; provided that if the LIBO Screen Rate shall not be available at such time for such Interest Period (an “Impacted Interest Period”) then the LIBO Rate shall be the Interpolated Rate.

  • Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.

  • Adjusted LIBOR means, for any Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, a rate per annum determined in accordance with the following formula: Adjusted LIBOR = LIBOR

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Applicable Base Rate means (i) with respect to a Rate Period of fewer than 49 days, the greater of (a) the SIFMA Municipal Swap Index or (b) the LIBOR Rate, and (ii) with respect to a Rate Period of 49 or more days, the LIBOR Rate.

  • Prime Lending Rate means the rate which BTCo announces from time to time as its prime lending rate, the Prime Lending Rate to change when and as such prime lending rate changes. The Prime Lending Rate is a reference rate and does not necessarily represent the lowest or best rate actually charged to any customer. BTCo may make commercial loans or other loans at rates of interest at, above or below the Prime Lending Rate.
