Margin Interest Rate definition

Margin Interest Rate means the Federal Funds Effective Rate, defined below, for the period of time the funds are on deposit. The Federal Funds Effective Rate is published daily on the Federal Reserve website at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/releases/h15/update/, or its successor.

Margin Interest Rate means, the interest rate that accrues on a daily basis to the Margin in the Margin Account, determined by Clarity from time to time in its sole discretion;

  • Loan Interest Rate means, as to any Loan, the annual rate of interest specified in the Loan.
