MAR Closed Period means the –
MAR Closed Period means the period of 30 calendar days before the publication of the Company's annual and half-yearly results or quarterly report.
MAR Closed Period means the periods specified by, and interpreted in accordance with, Article 19(11) of MAR, together with any applicable regulations or guidance, that is the period of 30 calendar days before the announcement of an interim financial report or year end report which the Company is obliged to make public according to the rules of the trading venue where its shares are admitted to trading or national law;
