Manufacturing License definition

Manufacturing License means all licenses necessary for or in connection with the Manufacture of the Intermediate Product at the Manufacturing Site(s).
Manufacturing License shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.2.

More Definitions of Manufacturing License

Manufacturing License has the meaning set forth under Section 3.1(b).

Manufacturing License means any consent, permit, authorization or approval required for or in connection with the Manufacture of the Product at the Manufacturing Site(s)and the export/import of the Product to Merck in accordance with the Delivery Terms, including any license required pursuant to Article 13.1 of the Directive 2001/20/EC, Article 61 of Regulation 536/2004, Article 40 of Directive 2001/83/EC and, as applicable, a current drug establishment registration with the FDA (as defined below) as set forth in 21 C.F.R. §207.
