Manufacturing Development definition

Manufacturing Development means any of the following with respect to the Compound or a Product: manufacturing process development, process improvements and any analytical development or validation associated with such development or improvements.
Manufacturing Development means, with respect to a Product, all activities related to the optimization of a commercial-grade Manufacturing process for the Manufacture of such Product including, without limitation, test method development and stability testing, formulation, validation, productivity, trouble shooting and next generation formulation, process development, Manufacturing scale-up, development-stage Manufacturing, and quality assurance/quality control development.
Manufacturing Development means all development activities which are directed to the Manufacturing of the Product, including, without limitation, [* * *].
