Manufacturers' Warranties definition

Manufacturers' Warranties means warranties which are given (including warranties which are implied) by the manufacturer or other person who supplies the goods or component parts to the Supplier. Price means the price set out in the Purchase Order which is exclusive of GST, but is inclusive of all other costs and charges.
Manufacturers' Warranties is defined in Section 4.14.

Manufacturers' Warranties the warranties given by any third-party manufacturer in relation to any item of the Supplier Hardware.
