Manufacturer Terms and Conditions definition

Manufacturer Terms and Conditions means any terms and conditions other than those contained in these terms and conditions which apply to the purchase of a product from, or the rendering of services by, the Company e.g. the Manufacturer’s warranty terms or the Manufacturer's technical manuals or instructions for use accompanying the products. All products are sold subject to the applicable Manufacturer Terms and Conditions.
