Manufactured Cost definition

Manufactured Cost means material costs, direct personnel costs, maintenance costs, energy costs, depreciation, space costs (occupancy), indirect personnel costs, miscellaneous minor cost items needed for production, factory overheads and any relevant Third Party costs related to manufacture e.g. components, services (for the avoidance of doubt the term Manufactured Cost shall not include central administration costs, research and development costs, machine development and sales costs). These costs shall be calculated at the end of the first Year in which royalty is owing and thereafter, recalculated at the end of each Year, the calculation being based on data from the then-ending year and made in accordance with US GAAP.
Manufactured Cost means the fully-allocated standard cost of: (i) the direct raw materials cost of materials actually used in the manufacture of an Instrument; (ii) the direct labor cost for producing the Instrument; (iii) the direct operating costs of buildings, resources and equipment dedicated to, as well as allocated depreciation and repairs and maintenance for the building and equipment actually used in, such production; and (iv) any quality and in-process control in producing the Instrument.
Manufactured Cost means the- cost of direct and indirect materials attributed in accordance with US GAAP to the manufacture of the Product, manufacturing labor and overhead, software, royalty license, all other fees, collateral materials, shipping materials, warranty reserve, insurance, and manufacturing financing charges.

  • Manufactured home park means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured or mobile homes used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park. "Manufactured home park" does not include any of the following:

  • Manufactured home means a structure, transportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and is designed for use with or without a permanent foundation when attached to the required utilities. The term "manufactured home" does not include a "recreational vehicle".

  • Reagent means any product other than fuel that is stored on-board the vehicle and is provided to the exhaust after-treatment system upon request of the emission control system.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
