Manual of Operations definition

Manual of Operations means the manual describing the implementation, financial management, procurement, disbursement, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting arrangements for the Project, and referred to in paragraph A.2, Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Manual of Operations means the Manual of Operations for the PMU, dated March 2006, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, which includes detailed procurement procedures, defines the interface with local regulatory arrangements, the composition of the Opening and Evaluation Committee for each component and the responsibility of line governmental entities vis-à-vis the approval of terms of reference, technical specifications and the reception of deliverables, and defines the role of the Steering Committee (as defined below), and referred in paragraph A.1(b) , Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Manual of Operations means the Borrower’s manual referred to in Section 5.01(b) of this Agreement;

Manual of Operations means the manual dated December 20, 1999, specifying the managerial, financial, administrative, engineering and environmental policies and procedures for the execution of the Project, and DSWD’s Departmental Order No. 54 dated December 29, 1994, as amended by Departmental Order No. 22 dated May 15, 1996 specifying the eligibility criteria for selection of Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services Activities;
Manual of Operations means a manual, satisfactory to the Bank, to be developed by DOF pursuant to paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to this Agreement, as such Manual may be revised from time to time with the prior approval of the Bank;

  • Areas of Operations means the locations where PURCHASER performs the operations described in the contract.

Activities include using, transporting except by common or contract carriers, or storing at a temporary job site, performing surveys to confirm the adequacy of boundaries, setting up equipment, and any activity inside restricted area boundaries. Transporting a radiation machine is not considered a radiographic operation.

  • Operations means all the activities conducted by PURCHASER under this contract, including project work, logging, or post harvest activities; or the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to successfully complete any individual item or the entire contract.

  • Agricultural operations means the growing and harvesting of crops or the raising of fowl or animals for the primary purpose of making a profit, providing a livelihood, or conducting agricultural research or instruction by an educational institution. Agricultural operations do not include activities involving the processing or distribution of crops or fowl.

  • System Operations means the Power Producer's operation; maintenance and repair of the System performed in accordance the requirement herein.

  • Business operations means engaging in commerce in any form, including by acquiring, developing, maintaining, owning, selling, possessing, leasing, or operating equipment, facilities, personnel, products, services, personal property, real property, or any other apparatus of business or commerce.

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Tomographic plane means that geometric plane which is identified as corresponding to the output tomogram.

  • Health Care Operations shall have the meaning given to such term under the HIPAA 2 Privacy Rule in 45 CFR § 164.501.

  • Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater means the most recent edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Waterworks Association and the Water Environment Federation;

  • Branch operations means any business operations of a branch captive insurance company in this State.

  • Restricted business operations means business operations in Sudan that include power production activities, mineral extraction activities, oil-related activities, or the production of military equipment, as those terms are defined in the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007 (Pub.   • Farm operation means any activity conducted solely or primarily for the production of one or more agricultural products or commodities, including timber, for sale or home use, and customarily producing such products or commodities in sufficient quantity to be capable of contributing materially to the operator's support.

  • Railway Operation means the construction and operation under this Agreement of the relevant Railway and associated access roads and Additional Infrastructure (if any) within the relevant Railway Corridor and of the associated Lateral Access Roads, in accordance with approved proposals;

  • Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services. (C) The term "Managerial Responsibilities" for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean managerial and supervisory responsibilities and duties that are substantially the same as that Grantee is performing for SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate on the date of this Unit Agreement. (E) The term "Territory" for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, which are the states and Territories in which SunTrust has significant operations on the date of this Unit Agreement. (F) "Trade Secret" for purposes of Unit Agreement shall mean information, including, but not limited to, technical or nontechnical data, a formula, a pattern, a compilation, a program, a device, a method, a technique, a drawing, a process, financial data, financial plans, product plans, or a list of actual or potential customers or suppliers that: (i) derives economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by, other persons who can obtain economic value from it is disclosure or use, and (ii) is the subject of reasonable efforts by SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate to maintain its secrecy.

  • Records management means the systematic control of all records from creation or receipt through processing, distribution, maintenance and retrieval, to their ultimate disposition.

  • Architectural coating means a coating applied to stationary structures and their appurtenances, to mobile homes, to pavements, or to curbs.

  • consolidating supervisor means the competent authority responsible for the exercise of supervision on a consolidated basis of EU parent institutions and institutions controlled by EU parent financial holding companies or EU parent mixed financial holding companies.
