manual data means information that is recorded as part of a relevant filing system or with the intention that it should form part of a relevant filing system;
manual data means data which fall within paragraph (c) or (d) of the definition of “data” in section 1(1);
manual data means information which is kept as part of a relevant filing system or with the intention that it should form part of a relevant filing system. Effectively, “manual” means paper data.
