Manitowoc definition

Manitowoc has the meaning set forth in the preamble to the Agreement.

Manitowoc means the Manitowoc (formerly the Exxx X. Xxxxxxx), a documented vessel of the United States bearing U.S. Official Number 552395.

Manitowoc means and includes The Manitowoc Company, Inc., its successors, assigns, and spin offs, any parent, subsidiary or division of Manitowoc, and any other affiliated entity under common control with Manitowoc, whether now existing or hereafter formed or acquired.
